Who is responsible for your data?

Information we collect and why
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company, team size, training goal, preferred call time, language, and the page from which the request was sent. We use this information to answer your request, assess your training needs, prepare a proposal, and manage the resulting business relationship.
Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and protecting the form from abuse.
Service providers and international transfers
Form submissions are processed through Jotform. Hosting and serverless processing are provided through Vercel. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical data to prevent spam when enabled. A restricted key-value store may also keep a backup copy and rate-limit data when configured. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under their applicable transfer safeguards.
Analytics and cookies
Microsoft Clarity is not loaded unless you select “Accept” in the privacy banner. If accepted, it helps us understand aggregate navigation and interaction patterns. Your choice is stored locally in your browser under lec-consent-v1. You can reopen the banner with “Cookie settings” in the footer.
How long we keep information
Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to answer the request and manage any resulting relationship, then archived or deleted according to applicable accounting, contractual, and limitation-period obligations. Security and rate-limit data is kept only for the operational period required by the relevant provider.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection where those rights apply. You may also withdraw analytics consent at any time. Contact us at the address above. If you remain dissatisfied, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
